The e-Qruiser 680 belongs to the Dutch sloop-and-lounge tradition: a wide, stable, low-speed hull built for sitting in rather than driving hard. At 2.75 metres of beam on 6.8 metres of length, the proportions are all about deck space and social seating, and a 20 kW motor is sized to move that comfortably at canal and river speeds. For the Dutch and Belgian waterways, or any inland network with speed limits, it is exactly the right shape of boat.
The aluminium point
An aluminium hull is unusual at this size and price and is a real differentiator against the GRP sloops it competes with. It brings durability against lock walls and quay damage, and it recycles at end of life — a coherent choice on a boat sold on environmental grounds.

Endurance stated in hours is only meaningful alongside the speed it was measured at, so ask for both. The VAT status of the €57,900 price is not stated either, which on a Dutch-built boat can move the real figure substantially depending on whether you buy as a private individual or a business.
