This is the e-Qruiser 800, a canal and lake boat for the Netherlands and its neighbours, and it is well judged for that job. Eight metres with a cabin means you can stay out overnight; 20 kW means you will move at the speed the waterways allow anyway, which on most Dutch canals is a legal limit rather than a hull limit. It suits a couple who want weekends on the water without a marina-berth commitment or a diesel to maintain. It is not a coastal boat and should not be bought as one.
Reading the published figures
Qrafter quotes speed in km/h and endurance in hours rather than knots and nautical miles, which is entirely normal for a Dutch inland builder but makes cross-shopping against sea-going electric boats awkward — you will need to convert, and you will need to know what speed the quoted hours assume. The battery capacity is also not carried in this listing, which for a boat sold on endurance is the figure to get in writing first.
Price and what it includes
€71,900 is quoted as vaarklaar — ready to sail — which in the Dutch market usually implies a genuinely usable boat rather than a bare hull, but the yard does not state whether the figure includes VAT. On a purchase of this size that is a difference of thousands of euros, so confirm it before comparing this boat with anything else on the list.
